Welcome to my crazy world of sweeeet fantasies!

I'm a small town girl, born and brought up in a traditional Indian household along the beautiful East Coast of South Africa. As a child, our kitchen always had the most amazing smells emanating from my mom's divine creations - be it baking cakes, biscuits, pastries, savouries or just pots and pots of mouth watering food! My mom was an absolute beast in the kitchen!

As I grew, I carried these age old family recipes with me - and I mean, who does not love a good cake or dessert?!

As time went on, I moved provinces to the "Big City" and started to become a career focused woman in the IT space. I would bake every now and then for co-workers and eventually a friend and I came up with this revolutionary idea to start selling my yummy creations together with other snacks that she would make. Sadly, it was not long before this fell apart.

Time further passed me by and I found myself in the rat race of Consulting! Living the big city life, the only escape I had from by busy stiff-business days was to retreat to my kitchen during the nights. I once again started up my small business, but this time just for baking - gathering a small client base from my local spiritual group.

​

Tragedy struck when I was smacked in the face with being diagnosed with Celiac disease - what baker cannot eat cake??? I was devastated.

This led to me delving into creating a range of allergy-friendly goodies.

Now, a full-time Data Scientist in the world of Consulting, I have decided to branch out and reach YOU with my unique family recipes along with a myriad of my own creations!
